A limpia is a personalized rebirth ceremony that supports you in removing old energy that no longer serves you. Munay works with the four elements (earth, water, air, and fire) to cleanse and restore the mind, body, and spirit. Their approach integrates herbalism, somatics, and rituals aligned with their spiritual practices in order to co-create an after-care plan for you moving forward.
We offer healing-centered retreats and workshops to support organizational structure and culture building. We work with you to make a personalized approach to address your organization’s needs. Our retreats integrate herbalism, embodiment practices, and intentional community building. We also have regular offerings open to community with sliding scale rates to honor accessibility.
Munay works with community members 1-1 or in a small group setting to address a wide range of wellness needs. Whether you are in need of support individually or as a collective, we work collaboratively to come up with an action plan that feels sustainable and aligned with ancestral values and traditions.
